Revive the 56.1 national co-op housing program

Revive the federal 56.1 co-op housing program that produced 9,477 units of rent-geared-to-income Coop housing from 1979 to 1985, producing such internationally acclaimed neighbourhoods and projects as South False Creek and Four Sisters Housing Co-op in the Downtown Eastside.
